Apartamenty Sun & Snow Latarnia

I stayed at the Sun & Snow apartment at Siedleckiego Street 18a/12 in Władysławowo from May 1-4, 2025, and the stay was a disaster. I’m hoping someone will contact me about a refund. Instead of getting proper rest, I dealt with problems every day. We weren’t sent the door code. The code went to the person renting apartment 18a/2. I had to call the Władysławowo hotline, otherwise my wife, children, and I could have been stuck in the stairwell until the next day. That was awful. The kettle didn’t work when we arrived. I couldn’t get through to the hotline, so I had to boil water in a pot for coffee and the children’s tea and milk. The next day I called again, and a woman said they’d bring a replacement. It was used and looked as if a dog had bitten it. It did work when plugged in, but it leaked and could have shorted the electrical system, so I went back to heating water in a pot. I didn’t want to call again. The microwave, kettle, and refrigerator were also all plugged into one outlet using a T-connector, and there weren’t many outlets in the apartment. Other issues: the shower door was badly installed and opened only about 30 cm, making it hard to get in. The vacuum was so filthy I had to clean it before I could use it to pick anything up, though luckily there was a broom. We were given two bags for sorting four days’ worth of garbage, which is ridiculous. It also says this is illegal, and there was no garbage bin or organic waste bin at the resort. The lamp above the bed was hanging by its cord as if it might fall, and the TV froze after a few clicks of the remote. Best regards.
