Apartment number 2 is on the ground floor, with two bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette, and a small balcony with a gate to the garden. The garden has a sandbox, slide, and plastic playhouse for children, though the playhouse is already quite damaged. You can rent a parking space in the underground garage. The location is good, near the city center and the sea. The apartment could use a bit of freshening up: the walls and baseboards need repainting, the bathroom needs cleaning, there was dust and cobwebs, and one window blind didn't work.

The apartment is fine and well located near the center, though it's a bit of a walk to the beach.

The location is handy, with the center and shops close by, and the beach about 900 m away. But the price feels too high for what you get. The apartments need freshening up and a few repairs. If your apartment faces the street, expect constant traffic noise, even at night. With the window open, sleeping is pretty much impossible unless you like noise.
