The grounds are enclosed and feel safe, so children can head outside on their own. The playground is sadly very neglected. Still, it's a lovely place to spend a holiday.

I've been coming back to these apartments since 2014, and I really like them. The staff at the local office are consistently friendly and helpful. My one gripe is the cleaning charge, which I find excessive at PLN 250. I leave the apartment clean after each stay, with only the sheets and towels needing a change. For that amount, I could clean it myself and strip the bed once I arrive. Maybe they could consider offering that choice.

The rooms are modern, clean, and have good equipment. We booked a balcony with a sea view, but could barely see any sea at all, which was the one letdown. It's a peaceful area, a bit away from the bustle, though the town centre isn't far and the beach takes around 10-15 minutes to reach.

It's a lovely spot near the centre of Chłapowo, and you can book through the hotel portal or privately. The estate is guarded, with resident parking and a big playground for kids. Being close to the beach and main promenade makes it a good base for a longer stay in Chłapowo/Władysławowo. The convent house across the way and the amusement park are the downsides. I'd recommend it and will certainly come again.
