The location is the one good thing for me, close to the beach, promenade, and city center. I can't recommend the place. The rooms are small, the bathroom is cramped and dirty, and the old doors creak. Staff were rude and unfriendly. I contacted them twice on arrival day, but neither person mentioned that Władysławowo had no water, and they gave us no information. They said they weren't responsible for telling everyone because there are so many rooms and the information is on Facebook. There was no drinking or washing water provided. The parking area is tight, the cars are squeezed in at sharp angles, and parking costs 10 PLN per night. Staff even complained that we had a station wagon. I really don't recommend staying here.

The first time we stayed here for a week, it was fine, so we booked two weeks this year. That turned into a real letdown. The bathroom walls had mold, and there were spiders all over the room. You could hear everything through the thin walls, including the cleaner vacuuming around 8-9 in the morning. Before we arrived, I called Booking.com about doing laundry for a fee during a longer stay, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. At check-in, the receptionist acted like she'd never heard of it and sent me to the laundromat beside Biedronka. We only managed to arrange laundry after calling Booking.com's hotline, but the receptionist was very annoyed and asked whether I expected her to bring detergent. It felt as though we'd done something wrong, so I gave up and washed everything by hand. The owner also initially tried to charge us a higher resort fee, though that was minor beside the rest. The stay was stressful and disappointing, and we won't return.

In 2023 I had a really good stay at the West guest rooms. It’s close to the sea and a Biedronka supermarket, and we could rent bikes. We rode all the way to the Hel Peninsula. The owner was kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean.
