I had a booking, but they still wouldn’t let me check in. The night staff guy was really rude and racist. Imagine being sick or traveling with kids and then being turned away in the middle of the night. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was tasty. The staff were cheerful and flexible too. I’d definitely visit this hotel again!
