There was terrible noise from the street, and inside we found dirt on the floor. We were short of towels, blankets and kitchen equipment. The room didn't look like the photos at all. It felt like a cheap hostel with too little equipment, an uncomfortable bed and a sagging mattress. Reception didn't want to deal with any complaints. The baby cot we'd reserved wasn't there, so the children had to sleep on a dirty couch. A very unpleasant experience!

The rooms are cramped and dirty, and there aren't any towels or toilet paper.

There's a Żabka grocery store on the building's corner, and the apartment is in a handy location. The city center is around 15 minutes away by tram. Inside, it was clean and cozy, though I expected the kitchen to have at least salt and sugar. I'd still highly recommend it.
