Our evening and plans were ruined by problems in the room. There was no hot water, and staff refused to move us. The receptionist was rude and provoked an argument; the technician who came was also impolite and spoke loudly. The room smelled unpleasant and was missing basics like slippers and shampoo. There was only one towel per person, when usually there are at least two. Parking was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, but we couldn’t park. We checked in at 6:00 PM, so staff had time to inspect and prepare the room, but apparently no one did. I found the staff unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly don’t recommend this place and expect a refund.

The apartment had nearly everything a family needs, and we stayed there for four nights. Biedronka is right beside the Aparthotel. Getting to the city center takes around 20 minutes by car, and there’s also a tram line. Mammoth park nearby is lovely for late afternoon walks and has a great playground for kids. The cleaning on arrival could have been better, though. There was dust and the floors were dirty.

The receptionists were very polite and friendly. They checked with us beforehand to make sure we were coming, didn’t mind our late arrival, and spoke very good English. Reception was open 24 hours, and we got a parking spot in front of the apartment. We stayed two nights for the Club de Ultrace show and got the basic budget accommodation we expected: a large, nice suite, very clean, with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. The bed was spartan and there weren’t many bath accessories. The main thing that could have made it better was AC, since temperatures went well over 30+C.
