The smoke coming into the apartment was the worst part. After 10-20 minutes, our throats and eyes itched and our noses bled. Opening the windows didn't make it go away. Customer service ignored us when we reported it and wouldn't help. We ended up with serious health problems after our three-night stay. The place was filthy and in bad shape, with damaged furniture, walls, and outlets, plus a dirty, moldy bathroom. We were given a room that looked nothing like the one we booked and paid for, and there was no way to heat food. There weren't shelves or a wardrobe for our jackets and things. The entry door had a code-operated electric lock, but we couldn't lock the apartment from inside, so our little kid could have walked out. It was always unlocked, with a 3-4cm gap under it, and seemed easy to break into. It also wasn't insulated, so every time a neighbor opened or closed a door, the noise was incredibly loud. I strongly discourage anyone from renting here. The location isn't worth putting up with this. It's unacceptable and dangerous.

The location is excellent, an easy walk to the city. But the apartment quality doesn't match what was advertised. Neighbors were often loud at night, which could be a problem if you need quiet. We also had a shower issue. A technician was promised, but nobody ever came. That service failure is why I gave it three stars.

Reception staff were helpful, and the location was pretty good, with a short tram ride into the city centre. It's a nice little place for a brief stay in Wroclaw. The only real drawback was the limited kitchen utensils and missing basics like oven gloves and a towel for drying dishes.

The terrace was filthy, with cigarette ends scattered all over it. Inside, the apartment smelled horrible, and we found hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Opening the fridge was awful too, there was a forgotten carton of milk that housekeeping had probably missed. Never again. I wouldn't recommend staying here even for one night.
