If you're visiting beautiful Wrocław, try to avoid Campanile Hotel if you can. My stay there nearly ruined the good feelings I had about the city. The rooms were small and dirty, parking cost extra, and breakfast was terrible. The staff weren't friendly either. They all seemed like temporary workers on minimum wage who were unhappy in their jobs. Please look at other hotels if you can.

We had nearly 60 people in our group, and everyone was pleased with the hotel. During our third weekend in October, we visited Wroclaw and the surrounding area, staying at Campanille Hotel. The accommodation was practical and pleasant, and we especially liked the breakfast. We were very satisfied with the service and staff. We'll pick the same hotel next time we come to Wroclaw o:))). The staff welcomed us and were helpful, and the location was great. Our room was clean, cozy, and well equipped, and breakfast was decent. We enjoyed our stay!

I booked a room for my family without high expectations, but I was shocked when they called to say the toilet roll was used and had red stains along the side. I have no idea if it was blood or something else, and I don't want to know. I tried to calm them down so they wouldn't feel uncomfortable, but this is unhygienic and unacceptable, especially since infections and viruses can be transmitted on paper like this on purpose. I'm seriously considering cancelling the other day I've booked. Please make sure your employees are checked when they clean, because that's the minimum.

At 4 AM I just wanted to park and finally get some sleep, but there wasn't a single free spot. Security called the cops because I was speaking Polish and blocking other cars, even though the whole lot was a mess. Instead of shutting the entrance and stopping more cars from coming in, he went for a smoke and argued with me about my car. He said nothing to anyone else because he couldn't speak a single word of English, then got aggressive with me just because he heard me speaking Polish. He didn't want to act like a "cool Polish guy" who can speak English. There were 20 people outside with no idea where to park, and the hotel staff were super rude. When I asked about parking, they said they didn't know and it wasn't their problem. We booked a hotel with parking for exactly that reason. People going to Ultrace next year, avoid this hotel. The room A/C didn't work either, and the rooms smelled like piss 👍🏼
