Check-in was smooth, and communication went well. The room is compact but has what you need, and the location right on the main square is hard to beat. A very pleasant stay, I'd recommend it.

For the price, this place is great value. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the hostel feels welcoming and safe. It was clean, cozy, and well looked after, just like the photos.

The shared bathroom was clean and worked fine, and the bed was comfortable for this price range. The staff were helpful with questions and did their best to assist us. The place is right in the center of Wroclav, but it was still quiet enough to sleep. I really recommend staying here.

Really cozy and nice. Good location, and getting around by public transport was easy ☺️☺️☺️

We arrived after 9 pm and found out the hostel had double-booked, so our room wasn't available. They offered to refund that night and said we could return for the other two nights in Wroclaw, but after that we had no interest in going back. We had to find another hotel instead of enjoying a relaxing first evening. The receptionist was lovely and tried hard to sort things out, but the manager clearly didn't care. Just awful. I don't recommend it.
