Affordable enough for a stay of a few weeks, and a decent place.

A good place to stay, though the area isn't that great.

I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. Reception staff seemed disorganized, and I kept having to wait for someone to show up. Even when they did, they couldn't sort out the paperwork. One person would promise something, then the next knew nothing about it. I was told a document would be ready, but when I went to get it, another employee said it didn't exist. The same thing happened when I raised the issue of opening the door with a card and said a key would be better. One employee suggested changing it, but when I brought it up again, another laughed and said it couldn't be done. The service was completely unsatisfactory, and the receptionists seemed incompetent.
