10/10
The location worked well, about a 10-minute walk from the main square, and the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. We stayed for three nights in June 2025, and the hotel was excellent value for money, far beyond what we expected. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great choice and quality. The friendly, attentive staff cooked waffles, eggs and omelettes to order, and there was more food than a mere mortal could eat. The staff were excellent too, and spoke perfect English and German. We couldn’t fault the hotel.

We had a larger room for three people, and the service was excellent. The hotel is very close to the old town and trams, and it has lifts. The only small drawback is that you have to take your luggage over cobblestones for 30 meters because there’s no drop-off zone outside.

The beds need replacing. It was basically a box with a mattress cover only an inch or two thick, and I didn’t sleep at all the first night. I told reception, and they immediately moved me to a better room since one was free. The bed there was bigger, so I piled the extra quilts on top of each other and slept much better on the second night. If they replaced the mattresses, this hotel would be perfect. The location is as good as it gets in the old centre, just steps from the main square. The rooms are clean, the staff efficient and helpful, and breakfast is amazing.

It’s a short walk to market square, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Anna from the waitstaff worked hard and was helpful and very friendly.

Breakfast was great, with a large buffet as well as one choice from the menu, either savoury or sweet. The staff were friendly and the rooms comfortable. Nice hotel close to the city center, and I’d highly recommend it for a weekend in Wroclaw.
