Hotel Dwor Polski

The hotel is right by the main square, very central, and full of character. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Housekeeping left fresh towels and bottled water every day and kept everything clean. The staff were amazing, and breakfast had plenty of choices.

The location is amazing, and breakfast was good, but I won't stay here again. The room had no AC, so opening the window was the only way to cool it. That meant no sleep on most nights, with muscle and sports cars and motorcycles constantly doing burnouts and accelerating hard. It wasn't party noise or regular traffic. We didn't get room cleaning a single day. At checkout at 4 am I forgot to pay for what I'd taken from the minibar, and the staff didn't mention it either. I'll have to wire the money from home. That's fine, though I had hoped the hotel might let the small amount go as a kind gesture and a reason for us to return. We'll choose somewhere else next time.

It's a beautiful, old-style hotel, with very clean rooms and courteous staff. The noise outside is the problem. Guests party on the Gas in front of the hotel until 6 a.m. every day, and tuned PS cars make noise all night. You can only sleep with the windows closed, and that's not very nice.

The breakfast was pleasant, though basic, and the hotel is very close to the city Center on a charming little street. The rooms felt a bit old and rusty and could use some refreshing. The staff will answer your questions, but they didn't come across as especially friendly.
