Element by Marriott Wroclaw

The roomy setup was the best part for me, especially having a full kitchen. It made the stay convenient and comfortable. But the room stayed cold no matter how high I set the heater, and the underground parking entrance is extremely narrow. The staff also never greeted guests, which left a bad impression. A great room arrangement, but service and basic comfort need work.

Asia from guest services made our stay special. She was professional, attentive, and understanding, and listened to my request for good food options before giving me an excellent list. Thanks to her, check-in and our evening were genuinely enjoyable. The Element Hotel itself is beautiful and welcoming. Checkout was a different story. The desk staff seemed unsure how to process a simple purchase, a hotel magnet and a water bottle. They said it couldn't be done, so I left without either item, but the charge was still put on my room even though I never bought them. It made checkout unnecessarily difficult 😡😫😭. Still, Asia's hospitality made the stay wonderful.

I spent a couple of weeks at Element by Westin in Wroclaw and had a really good stay. It's clean, well kept, and has a modern, comfortable feel. Hubert deserves a special mention for being great and so generous. He made the place feel more welcoming. Getting around was easy: you can rent bicycles, and Lime scooters are just around the corner. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of mostly fresh, home-style food, and generous hours so there was no need to rush. The menu was affordable, and the flatbread was my favourite. The tea was fantastic, and the 24-hour coffee machine was a big plus. The laundry machines were convenient and had language options, as did the TV. Cleaning was scheduled every three days, which worked well for me. A comfortable, practical place to stay in Wroclaw. Highly recommend.

I stopped for one night to catch a concert nearby. It's a fairly new, clean business hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The reception and breakfast areas are really small. You'll find somewhere to sit at peak breakfast time, but expect to queue for coffee and other things. A few things could be better: the bed is so soft I couldn't get a good night's sleep, and the elevators aren't synced, so people call both and they stop at empty floors. Some road signs would help too, since arriving by car gave me no idea where to go.
