The tram line is right by the hotel, and the facilities were okay, with a decent bed, TV, heating, and warm water. But I wouldn’t suggest staying here if you need sleep or are traveling for work. The walls are paper thin, so I was awake all night hearing teenage neighbors messing around in bed. I had to bang on their door. Most of the guests I passed were teens. The hotel is reasonably priced, but I’ve stayed in another hotel for the same money without this problem. There’s no reception or coffee anymore.

The staff are great, and breakfast is decent. But please stop the movie that keeps looping in the reception and breakfast area. It’s such an easy thing to fix, and would make being there much more pleasant.

We were five in the family and spent one night in a large, clean, comfortable room. The beds were huge, and there were nice chairs and a good bathroom. It’s a short walk to the city center. For all of us, including the breakfast buffet, we paid 900 DKK, about 120 Euro. Really good value.

Avoid this place. The location isn’t good and there’s no service. The bathroom was ridiculous: the toilet flush and lid were broken, and there was no toilet paper. We called the supposedly 24-hour reception, but were told we’d have to wait until 7 the next morning to get any. Unbelievable. They advertise free parking, but there isn’t any, only public street parking. And the pillow was about the size of one for a reborn baby.
