I lived here for several months. The rooms are cozy, well equipped, clean, and good value. The studios have their own kitchens, and upstairs there’s a shared kitchen with an oven and coffee machine. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, though it takes a while to get to the old town. There’s no private parking, so finding a free spot can take some time. During my stay, lots of people tried to rent a room on the spot, but that’s impossible.

The place was clean inside, but that was the only real bright spot. The room felt cold, the bed creaked nonstop, the shower barely got lukewarm, and the location was very poor. For that price, the stay was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it, and I'm surprised Booking.com ratings are so high.

The house is being renovated, so it doesn't make much of an impression from the outside. Once inside, though, it feels cozy and homey, and everything is spotless. It's quiet and feels safe, with private bathrooms, TVs, Wi-Fi, and working heating in the rooms. The upstairs kitchenette is well stocked. I even resisted making a pancake 😀. Would recommend!
