The staff were so kind and supportive, and I had no problems during my night here. My single room was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. I loved the stay and will definitely return when I visit Wroclaw. Thanks for the service.

I liked the modern, clean interior and friendly staff, and the hotel is fairly close to the train station. The market square takes about 15 minutes to reach on foot, and public transport is easy to access. I'd definitely recommend the place and come back if I need accommodation again. My one personal issue was having a street-facing room. With the window shut, noise wasn't a problem, but the room could feel a bit stuffy. There's air conditioning, though some people might find it noisy at night. If you like sleeping with the window open, especially at night, I'd ask for a courtyard-facing room.

Book early and it's good value. The location is decent, about a 15 minute walk from Wroclaw Glowny station, with a shopping mall nearby and Old Town under a 10 minute stroll. Our room faced the road, so tram and traffic noise was a lot. Light sleepers should ask for a courtyard-facing room. There isn't much ventilation, so we had to open the window.

We found the staff really friendly, and the whole hotel was clean and good value. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with a fair price. The room was clean and practical, and had what we needed for a night or two. I missed having a trash can in the room since the only one was in the bathroom, and the pillows were a little too soft. We could have asked for extra pillows, but for just one night they were enough. Those two small things wouldn't put me off, though they'd matter more for a week-long stay. The hotel is well placed for exploring Wrocław, near the railway station and old town. There's also a big shopping mall close by for food or shopping. We got a lovely first impression from the friendly welcome at reception.
