Hotel Premiere Classe Wroclaw Centrum

The one thing that worked well was the toilet, which was clean and functioning properly. Everything else was disappointing. The hotel felt dated, dirty, and extremely cold. There was a lot of hair in the room when I arrived, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted at all. No fridge, kettle, or hairdryer either, which made the stay even less convenient. I wouldn't recommend it.

The reception staff were friendly and gave good service, and the hotel's location is excellent. But the cleanliness issues made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned when I arrived, with toilet paper in the toilet and what looked like stains. There was also a bad smell in the room, and the sheets and pillows didn't feel fresh or clean. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's a low-budget place, but fairly clean. Fine for a night's sleep.

We used to stay here often when visiting Wroclaw. Before, it was just about acceptable for the reasonable price. The price has gone up a lot, though, and the quality hasn't kept pace. Our room smelled as if someone had left a big pile in a corner some time earlier, and room service seemed to have tried to cover it with air freshener after a not very successful cleaning. The room is very basic, and our request for an extra blanket wasn't fulfilled. For the new price, I know better places in Wroclaw. They need to rethink either the price or what they offer for it.
