We spent two weeks at Villa Art Novis with our students for an Erasmus project, and the experience was wonderful. From the atmosphere and food to the organization and accessibility, everything was to a high standard. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and very clean throughout, which made our stay relaxing from day one. The whole team were professional, kind, and ready to help or adapt to what we needed. Tomek and Karolina deserve special thanks. They made sure the food suited us, adjusted things for our students, and were always available and attentive. Their warmth made us feel welcome and cared for. We leave with lovely memories. Villa Art Novis made us feel at home, comfortable, and valued, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

Breakfast was varied and really tasty, and the hotel was quiet at night. My room was clean and very nice, and the staff who welcomed me were helpful and pleasant. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the centre and especially convenient for the Christmas market. I was very happy with my visit and would choose this hotel again if I return to Wroclaw.

Breakfast stood out for being fresh, varied, and nicely presented. The hotel is just steps from the Old Town, yet inside it feels calm and restful. My room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with clear attention to detail. It worked well as a base for business or leisure. Highly recommended.

July 2025: I came back for a second stay. The room was cozy and clean, and the daily cleaning was thorough. Thanks to Lidiya for keeping it so spotless. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with a home-style feel. The chia pudding was such a treat, and they kindly prepared breakfast early for my departure. The staff and owner were very friendly and helped me a lot. Thanks to Tomek, Irina, and Natasha for the warm welcome! March 2025: The room was comfortable and very clean, with convenient external blinds and a spacious bathroom stocked with cosmetics. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. I appreciated being given a takeaway breakfast for my early flight, and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The location made it easy to get by transport to the sights, shopping centres, and museums.

We stayed two nights in Wroclaw for the UEFA Conference League final. The hotel was clean and served a delicious range of breakfast food. The woman and man at check-in were very helpful with tram information. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the main square.
