I had the worst hotel experience of my life. Communication was extremely difficult because the staff didn't speak English or German, and we found bed bugs in the bed. That's a serious hygiene problem and completely unacceptable. Dinner made the evening even worse. The menu didn't warn us that the food would be very spicy, every dish was dry and came without sauce, and we had to chase after salt and pepper. We asked several times for napkins, but none arrived. Poor food and service, along with unacceptable hygiene. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

We've held family events at the hotel's restaurant and the food and service have always been excellent. There's also a play area with toys for kids, which really helps when you're sitting for three hours ;) At my godson's first communion, they even had huge slides outside for the children. The teamwork was great and the service left us feeling wonderfully looked after. Highly recommend, and we'll certainly return.

The portions are generous, so come hungry 😁. We had a great experience, with amazing food and service. Thanks to the waitresses, and especially for the perfect carrot cake!

We had a delicious meal at the hotel's Restaurant, with very good meat served alongside vegetables. The prices were especially competitive compared with Germany. Reception and restaurant staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. We only stayed one night at the Jasek Hotel, but it was a pleasant visit. It's close to the Highway and town, yet very quiet. The room was spacious and nice, the bed comfortable, and the electric shutters were a welcome extra. The holes in the toilet door were an odd detail, though, and something I'd never seen elsewhere. I'd recommend it and would gladly return if we get the chance.
