Korona Wroclaw Market Square Hotel

I especially appreciated how you arranged the taxi transfer for my family member's last day. It gave us real peace of mind. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole team treated them with professionalism and kindness throughout the stay. I'm writing to thank everyone for the hospitality. The view from my room over the square, with Wroclaw's colorful historic buildings, was wonderful. It had a high ceiling, plenty of space, everything I needed, and was unbelievably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, spotless, and had lovely lighting. Housekeeping came each morning to make the bed, replace towels, and empty the bins. I also appreciated the 24/7 reception, which made me feel safe coming back at night. Getting around was easy. The hotel is right across from a Zabka, with MacDonald's, Burger King, other Zabka's, Starbucks, and plenty more nearby. The walk to the train and bus stations felt short and safe, and took me through the lively market square. Staff were helpful and accommodating from the start, and communication was excellent. On my last day, I could arrange a taxi from reception to the airport for the time I requested. The price was steep, but negotiated in advance. That was a highlight for me, since many taxis can't park right outside the hotel and I was anxious about finding one. My stay was easy and felt safe, and I have nothing negative to say. I'll book with Korona again next time I visit this mesmerizing city.

The first-floor room faced the courtyard, so we didn't hear the square, but there was a steady hum inside. Bathroom sounds carried quite clearly, and early in the morning we were woken by courtyard noise and garbage being taken out, even with earplugs. The rooms are clean and practical with basic equipment, and the spot is hard to beat, right on the square near all kinds of places. I'd recommend staying here, but be ready for noise.

Our room looked out over the main square, which was a real bonus. With the window shut, we barely heard anything from outside. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the modern hotel is in an unbeatable spot right on Wroclaw's main square. Staff were friendly and spoke very good English. I also liked that bottled water and coffee were replenished free each day. The only thing I'd change is the TV selection: there was just one English-language channel, Al Jazeera. I'd definitely recommend it for a visit to Wroclaw.
