The apartments in Wrocław are beautiful, but the people managing them made this a terrible stay. I found them opportunistic and untrustworthy, more interested in charging extra than offering basic respect or support. I’d never return, especially after this left such a bad impression on my first visit to Wrocław. For a better experience, I’d choose a cheaper hotel with proper service and peace of mind. The whole stay was meant to be a birthday surprise and cost over 7,000 PLN, including 2,636 PLN for extras and a couples massage. From the start, there were problems. We’d agreed that the late check-in charge would be waived if I arrived before 10 PM, but the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, then tried to charge more for an extra night than the rates shown online. They only corrected it after I showed proof. The massage was the biggest problem. At this price, I expected them to ask about preferences like the therapist’s gender, but nobody did. Two male therapists turned up without warning, dressed unprofessionally, and my partner felt uncomfortable. First we were told we could reschedule, then later told we’d lost the service with no refund. That was completely unacceptable. When I complained, there was no manager available and no real help. I was told a resolution could take up to 14 days. I also reported a forgotten charger, but nobody followed up, and staff were dismissive and unhelpful again. Someone promised to call me back about the complaint, but no one has responded. Reception was also hard to access when I needed help, which was a major red flag. The customer service was extremely poor, and staff came across as rude and arrogant.

Getting into the garage was easy, though we had a little trouble figuring out which spaces we could use. That was our mistake. The welcome went smoothly, and the apartment itself was a lovely surprise when we walked in. It felt beautiful and magical, with gorgeous rooms. I’d happily stay here for a longer trip.

From the 44th floor, the view was stunning at any hour, and having a jacuzzi right beside the bed made the stay wonderfully relaxing. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a real luxury feel. I’d come back, whether for a special trip or just a treat.

The location made it easy to walk to most attractions, and the shopping center right there was handy for everything we needed. We loved the spacious apartment, with its comfortable beds, stylish decor, and spectacular view. It was clean and well equipped, especially the bathtub. There were a couple of small things that didn’t quite work: one shower head leaked a little, and some mirror panels were broken. They didn’t take much away from our positive stay. We’d gladly recommend the apartment for its comfort, views, and location.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the hotel seems to get better every time. Housekeeping does a great job, the service is good, and I love the room service that’s recently been added by a Japanese restaurant. The Sky Tower shopping mall has excellent nearby options too, from restaurants for all meals to a grocery store if you’d rather cook in the apartment. There’s also a fitness center, bowling alley, and more. The rooms have views of the city, and there are plenty of styles to choose from. I especially like the distinctive designs and the rooms with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Having those in your room means you don’t have to go share a spa area with strangers. The apartments have a home-away-from-home feel. In a regular hotel, I’d be stuck in a smaller, duller room and probably want to spend all my time out of it. It’s the best hotel in Europe to me, and definitely ahead of its time. Very well managed. A solid 10 out of 10, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable hotel stay.
