Parking was included and the price was low, which were the good parts. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than one night, though. The building smelled bad, and the doors were shabby and broken. The heating didn’t work. I didn’t try the appliances, but I wouldn’t be surprised if some didn’t work either. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, with footprints on the floor. There was just one small blanket for the two of us in the bedroom, especially uncomfortable with no heat.

I had to book another hotel in a hurry so my children could sleep, because I still didn’t have the door code until almost 1 AM. Before that, I’d sent several messages through voicemail and Agoda, but the registration link was blocked by Agoda for safety reasons, according to Agoda. They said they’d replied within 9 minutes of my request. If that were true, I would have had the code at noon, not after midnight. They also refused to refund me.

The owner was pleasant and kept in touch, and the place was fine for a short trip. The heating never worked, though.

The staff were friendly and the apartments were nice. Google Maps doesn’t show the place, so it’s better to call reception and ask for directions.
