I spent a week here and would recommend it. The hostel is close to bus and tram stops, shops, a bakery, cafes, and a pizzeria downstairs, and you can walk to the waterfront quickly. The room, shower, and kitchen were clean. There was also internet, a hair dryer, and an iron.

The room was unbelievably cramped, around 12 square meters for four adults, and not even suitable for one person. The beds were uncomfortable, and the toilet and showers weren't clean. My booking was for a quadruple room that was supposed to have a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, but none of those were there. The hostel is on the fifth floor with no lift. I wish I could give it zero stars, because one is too many.

The manager was especially helpful, and the hostel itself was very nice. Just be ready for the stairs: it's up to the fourth floor, which is quite a workout if you're carrying heavy luggage.

They keep the place in good condition. The only thing I missed was a lift, though I understand the building is quite old.
