Novotel Wroclaw Centrum

The walk to the city center takes about 20 minutes, and the main train station is around 15 minutes away. Back at Novotel, I found the room clean and comfortable, with a good bed. The lobby bar stays open and has a nice feel to it, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent, especially the Korean corner and its delicious kimchi. Hope it’s there again tomorrow! 😊

The breakfast was good, and having both Novotel and Ibis in the same building with parking available was handy. We were close to our office, so the location worked well for us. Construction nearby was quite loud from early morning, though. I also really disliked that the windows couldn't be opened and AC was the only option.

I keep coming back for both work and family celebrations, and as a demanding customer I’ve been very pleased with the services each time. The location is a big plus: the market is a 15-minute walk away, and parking is available, which is hard to find around the market. The rooms are prepared perfectly, the meals are delicious, and the hospitality and courtesy stand out. Mrs. Bernadetta takes great care of us on the hotel's behalf, and working with her is the icing on the cake. One of the best business hotels in Wrocław, definitely worth recommending.

The only hassle was the construction beside the hotel. It closed one side of the street, so we had to drive around to reach the parking, though that wasn't the hotel's fault. I was there to meet a friend in the restaurant, and we were both very happy with the service. The waiter recommended the rib eye steak, and it was delicious. His name was Bartos or Bartosz, hard to pronounce; I remember the Superman symbol on his shirt. He was very nice, spoke pretty good English, and recognized my Irish accent, which impressed me. My friend just had a cappuccino and was happy with it too.
