I can accept that mistakes happen. What matters to me is how a company deals with them, and the response here was deeply disappointing. I arrived to find a different apartment from the one I’d booked, even though staff had repeatedly assured me everything was fine. It took several calls to the hotline before anyone apologized and confirmed the error. The alternatives were either in a worse location or didn’t meet the conditions we’d agreed on, so there was no satisfactory fix. I followed their instructions and sent a complaint by email, but they missed their own 14-day response deadline. I only heard back after calling the office twice. Their compensation offer didn’t reflect the stress and inconvenience in my view, so I made a counteroffer. There was no reply. I was already abroad by then, and only after my father called again did the office get in touch. They sent a corrected invoice and said nothing about my proposal or an apology. The apartment wasn’t what I booked, staff didn’t provide real support, and the office communicated very poorly. I regret the experience, because professional handling could have left me with a completely different opinion. I don’t recommend them.
