The second night, we got back after 10 p.m. and couldn’t get into the apartment because the door code had been changed. It took about 40 minutes of calling before they answered, apologized for the mistake, and gave us a new code. Check-in was stressful too: the first code didn’t work, and after 30-40 minutes they sent another one. Once inside, we found it wasn’t the duplex we’d booked. There was no double bed or upstairs bedroom, just a sofa bed and an armchair. I messaged them, but the reply came much later and said this was exactly what I’d booked. Booking.com refunded some money. I booked a duplex apartment with a double bed. If you enjoy a stressful holiday, go ahead. Otherwise, don’t book.

Customer service never replied to my calls or emails. We arrived around midnight after a late flight and found the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. There were no clean towels or bed linen, despite the 39 euro cleaning fee being included in the original price.

After my stay in May 2025, they charged me extra because some dishes were left unwashed, although guests aren’t required to clean. I paid through the official link they sent, but they still reported me to the Polish debt register (KRD), falsely, and ignored my emails and proof of payment. Completely dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid this place.

Really bad luck staying in this apartment. The toilet smell was awful all around, and the room was in a gallery with no curtains. The staff were very unfriendly.
