The location was perfect, and Ola was patient with all my questions and really helpful and resourceful. My private room was comfortable, with a fridge and TV, and the water switched from hot to cold right away. A couple of annoyances: the WiFi kept disappearing on me, maybe because my room was at the very end. The toilet roars every few minutes, though that didn’t bother me. The mattress is a bit thin, but I was fine with it.

For a short budget stay, the location in Wrocław is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and ensuite bathroom were a good size, and the shared kitchenettes are fully equipped and free to use. They can also keep your luggage after checkout if you still have time in the city before traveling. It’s good value and I hope to come back. For a longer stay, I’d want a few things improved. The bathroom pipes were terrifyingly loud, and the water and shower seemed a little questionable, which made me wary of showering. The walls need fresh paint. The bed was usable, and I was too tired to be picky, but my linen had blue marks that made me uneasy. The room was also a bit cold. I don’t need a TV, I’d rather see more attention paid to the other parts of the room.

Getting settled in was easy and convenient, and the room was clean without any bad smell. The internet, though, was awful and loaded everything so slowly. Also, if you leave the bathroom door open, a strange smell gets into the bathroom. Otherwise, I had no problems with the place. 👌🏼

The rooms were small and not clean, and they let in a lot of street noise at night because the sound insulation is poor. On the plus side, Wroclaw's beautiful center is very close.
