The reception staff were kind and polite, so my complaint is about the hotel itself. The breakfast was good, but that couldn't make up for the rest of the stay. The rooms felt very old and were extremely dirty, with dust on the carpets and in the corners of the bedside drawers. Dust kept getting onto the blankets, and the stale smell from the old carpeting made it worse. I had trouble breathing at night. The pillows were probably the worst I've ever slept on; when I asked for a memory foam one, they didn't have any. I stayed four nights and slept badly each night. The shower pressure was low, and room service only happened after I asked for it. After breakfast I wanted to stay in the breakfast area and work for a bit. A staff member told me to move to the lobby, which was busy with people coming and going and had no charging points, so I couldn't work there in peace. For a hotel that caters to business travelers, that's a poor setup.

The breakfast was a highlight of my three-night stay, with fresh juices, cereal, cheeses, yogurts, and an incredible range of hot dishes each morning. My room was spacious and clean, and the staff were really helpful with tips on local sights and how to get around. I loved staying in this wonderful city and would happily recommend Scandic Wroclaw. Thanks to everyone.

We booked this for a family trip, and I’d say to choose somewhere else in Wrocław if you have another option. The staff showed very little interest in helping guests, and the customer service was far below an acceptable level. It felt like all they cared about was getting money from you, while any problem during the stay was left for you to deal with. I can't recommend this place.

The location is good and the stay was great value for money. A few things let it down: the reception guy's attitude when we politely asked if we could have one beer in reception after paying 7 EUR for it, the breakfast price compared with the accommodation, and the ventilation system.

For the price, I expected something like Travelodge, but it was way better than that. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish, and there was a sauna too. It's in a great location and was very reasonably priced. I'd look for this chain again.
