Our children's food disappeared from the fridge on the third floor. We arrived very late and checked out at 8 a.m., and there was no one else staying on our floor, so it definitely wasn't another guest. It's upsetting to realize this can happen. Be careful if you stay here.

The breakfast was fine, and the service was okay. It's a budget hotel, so it isn't expensive or especially fancy. Our room was small but fairly clean. The toilet was dirty, apparently because of the water. The hotel is near the road, and traffic can be noisy if your window faces it.

The staff were attentive and friendly without hovering, and every dish we tried was extraordinary. The Polish food was simply magnificent, so I can't single out one item. It's a beautifully decorated place right in the city centre. Highly recommended.

The people were good, and so were the room and breakfast. Everything was very clean, and it was the first hotel I've stayed in with no mold in the bathroom.

We held a party here for 40 people, with overnight stays as well. The dance hall was great, and the guests were happy with the event. There was plenty of delicious food, and the staff were friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were warm and clean. Breakfast was included in the price, with coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, jelly, and cold cuts.
