The location is great, with everything you need close by. The rooms were a bit dusty and showed some wear, though it didn't really bother us. The man who welcomed us was very nice, and easy to talk to.

The host was very helpful, and we had no problems with anything. The apartments were clean and nicely prepared, despite what earlier reviews said about cleanliness. They're furnished beautifully, with lots of attention to detail. The location is a little outside the center of Zakopane, but there's a public transport stop right opposite. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely laid out, with something for everyone. The only thing missing for me was better coffee, perhaps from a capsule machine. Otherwise, tip top.

We stayed in the green room from September 1st to 6th. The wardrobe in the room with two double beds was nearly unusable because of the layout, as shown in the attached video. The check-out itself was quick and easy, but the communication around it left a bad impression. At check-in, we had arranged our arrival time in advance, yet had to wait in the rain before anyone let us in. The woman we spoke with, whose role I couldn't tell, was rude and spoke in a passive-aggressive, condescending way. She asked when we planned to leave, and I said by 11 AM, in line with the rules. She nearly raised her voice and said we shouldn't be there at 11. The day before we left, she messaged saying we had to vacate by 8:45 AM, despite our earlier agreement to leave by 11. We reminded her, and she agreed, but continued to speak aggressively and rudely. The agreement we signed at check-in didn't mention early check-out. It was also unusual because it asked for a PESEL number. We wanted to stay as late as possible within the stated 11 AM check-out time because our train was at 1 PM, and the next buses were at 9 or 11 AM. If she doesn't have enough time to handle check-outs at her several properties, perhaps she needs extra help. We aren't usually demanding guests, but basic courtesy and service matter when traveling, and we didn't get that here. I can't recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a comfortable stay as well as a healthy atmosphere and professional interaction with the owner or staff. We won't come back or recommend the place to friends. I wish the woman we dealt with happiness, because from her behavior, she seems to lack it in her life.

A comfortable, clean apartment with friendly service and a well-equipped mountain-style interior. It has a sauna, washing machine, iron, and dishes, so it's a great spot to relax. The only drawback is that the window faces the neighboring building. Otherwise, everything was great.
