For this price, we could have found better accommodation, so the price and quality are worth thinking about. At check-in nobody was waiting for us, although that’s what we’d been told; the cottage key was just left in a box. No one sent the PIN. When I called, the lady hung up on me twice, then answered and said she’d sent it, but it hadn’t arrived anywhere. She quickly read it out instead. If I hadn’t managed to reach her, I don’t know what we would have done. I’m not a demanding guest, but the beds were in a catastrophic state, with fewer comfortable sleeping places than advertised. The attic had mattresses on the floor instead of beds. Upstairs there was a 120 cm double bed in one room; the other had a wider double bed and a totally stained sofa bed. The living room had one sofa, and downstairs there was a double bed plus a sofa bed that was completely worn out and broken. There was hair left in the shower when we arrived. For eight adults and five children staying four days, they left about six pieces of toilet paper, with no more in stock. The kitchen and its equipment were very poor. The Wi-Fi often cut out, though that didn’t bother me much. The biggest problem was the hot water, which barely worked. It wasn’t working when we arrived at 4:00 PM. I messaged the lady and got no reply; she suddenly came to the cottage without saying anything, pressed some kind of button and left. We were told we’d have to wait at least another two hours, but it was still damp. We definitely won’t come back. It’s a shame, because the cottage is new but already worn out and not maintained.

The complex is noisy and the cabin is too small for a family. The rooms are old and cleanliness is zero across the board. Internet and transmission are very slow. I don’t recommend it at all.

The sheets were dirty, the towels in the bathrooms were filthy and completely unusable, and the beds are old. 💔👎🏻
