The building and its interior are gorgeous, and our family room upstairs was clean, pleasant, and had a huge balcony. My bed felt too soft, though the rest of my family liked it. Parking is limited, so it's best to add a space when booking. The staff were helpful and kind, apart from the restaurant waiter, who is why I'm giving four stars.

The room itself was clean and nice, but nearly everything else made this a terrible stay. I paid 80zl for two days of parking, yet the space I had reserved was first said to belong to someone else, then occupied by another car the next day. The manager told me there were no spaces and suggested the road, or the parking exit, where my car could be scratched. He kept denying that the occupied space was the one he'd said was mine. They charged me for parking twice, and he even suggested moving my small car so a more expensive one could have the space. It didn't feel like you were valued unless you had the latest BMW, Audi, or Mercedes. My room was dark, on the first floor, and had a bad view, despite my booking a bright, sunny room based on the photo. The soundproofing was poor too. Breakfast had few choices and was terrible; it only ran from 8 to 10 am, which felt deliberate, since people leaving early for the mountains wouldn't have time to eat. I don't recommend this hotel.

We had a great time and my wife and I would happily come back. The breakfasts, served by Czerwone Korale, had plenty of tasty choices, and hotel guests get 15% off dinner there. The room standards were much better than I'd expect from a typical three-star place, even compared with hotels with more stars. The showers are large and have three settings, the service was nice, and the outside has the rustic look you see around here. Highly recommend.

The apartments were spacious, clean, and looked new, with a spot to work. Staff spoke English, and there are good restaurants, two gas stations, and a carrefour express nearby. A few things weren't great: rooms by the road are very noisy, so you can't open the window, and the balconies are shared with another apartment, leaving you in view of each other. Parking is extremely small. On the first day we ordered two breakfast portions but got one; the next day we got three, but the eggs were half-raw.
