I can't recommend this place. We spent three days in basement rooms that felt stuck in the 1980s. The mugs on the table didn't even match, and the kettle was so dusty and dirty it was nearly unbearable to touch. The beds were rumpled, and I doubt the sheets had been washed all season. The lady was rude: she took our money before showing us the rooms. An adult and our 3-year-old, who slept in his own bed, were charged the same nightly price. The conditions reminded me of the poor internet at a vocational school in Poland. I wouldn't stay here again.

The kitchenette could use a brighter bulb, since it's dim and the light is cold. Otherwise, everything was as it should be for the price: clean, well equipped, and with very friendly service. The mountains look beautiful, though the view of the surrounding area is less appealing.

I left after three days because I couldn't put up with it anymore. The room looked clean at first, but that didn't mean it was truly spotless. I had read the reviews before booking and thought people could have different opinions, but I found out for myself. I stayed before Christmas, and the Christmas Eve dinner was a 9 out of consideration for the owner, who is the cook. The food they cooked and served was like a pigsty. The bathroom gets two stars from me. I bring my own towels, but there wasn't even one in the bathroom of the triple room for two people. I had to ask for a kettle, there were no dishes in the room, and the stove was locked, so I couldn't cook anything myself. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and phone reception was practically nonexistent despite the high elevation. I don't recommend it.

We had to pay everything up front, and there was no room to negotiate the price. At certain times there was no hot water, the tablet-sized TV didn't work, and the beds were uncomfortable. The hostess hadn't even bothered to make them. There was no toilet paper, and the promised kitchen was missing a burner. I don't recommend this place.

The host may want guests to buy food from him, which I can understand, but not at those prices. The lack of kitchen facilities is the biggest problem: the microwave supposedly works, but it's dirty and doesn't. You have to ask for cutlery, glasses and plates, there's no regular stove or saucepan, and there's just one kettle for 17 rooms. There are four beds from different eras and only one outlet per room. The TV didn't work either, and cables sticking out are held with green tape. This might do for a nap or a guys' getaway, but a family trip with kids is unrealistic. The price doesn't match the service.
