The owners were incredibly kind and welcomed us even though we'd made a big mistake with our booking. We accidentally booked a room here a month ahead and only realized it when we arrived and spoke with them. They technically had no rooms available, but still gave us one that was temporarily off rent. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Booking didn't offer free cancellation, but with the owners' help, we sorted it out and got a refund. This older couple had a hard time speaking English, but they tried their best to communicate. We slept peacefully, were treated with so much kindness, and had an amazing breakfast. I can't thank them enough. The hot breakfast menu includes things like omelets, alongside lots of choices from the "Swedish table," plus various snacks and desserts. It's also very cheap for what they offer. Absolutely recommend it for a night in Zakopane.
