The hotel has been newly refurbished and looks fine, but the rooms are very small and you can hear people talking clearly in the hall. When that happens early in the morning, it’s unpleasant. Breakfast costs 25 zl, which felt too expensive for what you get.

We never got to stay. Our group of 35 was turned down by the reservations Manageress because we wanted the costs agreed in writing beforehand. Her behavior on the phone was outrageous.

The manager's call was the worst part. She brushed off everything I said, kept replying, "no, because I don't," then rudely told me not to call about it again and hung up before I could answer. Earlier, on Thursday evening, May 4th, I had booked a room for my wife and me, both wheelchair users. The receptionist explained that there were no accessible facilities. Knowing that, I kept the booking and made no extra requests, and it was accepted, so I had no issue with that. The next morning, ironically on Disability Discrimination Prevention Day, I was told the reservation had been canceled specifically because of my wife's disability. I consider that discrimination and a failure to uphold our constitutional rights. I asked to speak with the manager, and it was an unpleasant experience. I can't recommend this place. That kind of rudeness should be avoided.
