The grounds were calm and quiet, and the swimming pool and sports facilities were well maintained with long opening hours. The price was affordable, and the restaurant food was delicious and high quality. The waiters looked professional and were fully dressed. Staff were smiling and kept trying to help, though some couldn't speak English and we had to get help from other guests. A lot of the information wasn't in English either. The restaurant menu had limited choices for guests like us staying many days. The safe in our room was very difficult to use and didn't work in the end.

We had a great time. The place is calm and serene, relatively close to the city centre, and easy to reach by car or public transport. The water park and indoor play area for children were great, and the staff were attentive and helpful. I recommend it!

The rooms were clean, and there are great sports facilities you can use for free. The location is beautiful, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We'll come back!

After a few months away from swimming, I came from the centre of Lodz specifically to swim here. The receptionist at the pool turned me away because I didn't have a mask. Seriously? Thanks for the warm “welcome” and goodbye. P.S. Keep treating your old customers in this peculiar way...

A nice, clean place with good equipment. The wet sauna beside the swimming pool could be warmer.
