We slept well despite the convenient location, and the apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. The modern kitchen had everything we needed, the large flat-screen TV had internet access, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the bathroom had a modern shower. We also met a very friendly raccoon outside the house in the evening. The villa has been beautifully renovated and sits near the "Friendship Bridge," with a view of the Neisse River from the window. It's just under a 20-minute walk to Zgorzelec train station and under half an hour to the German station in Görlitz. Zgorzelec center is about a 10-minute walk away, with good restaurants nearby. We felt at home and would happily return. It would also suit a small group on a multi-day trip around German and Polish Upper Lusatia, with the Czech Republic within easy reach.

Everything you need is here, including the option to cook or fry food. It's a great place, close to the border crossing, with a beautiful park on the side.

It was quiet, and there’s private parking. Unit no. 7d is spacious, with a really comfortable bed. The window faces the border crossing. My only small gripe was that there’s no coffee machine.
