Everything was ready in the room, from the fridge, induction hob and cookware to plates, cutlery, glasses and kettle. There was coffee, tea, sugar, soap, shower gel, towels, a working TV and even a kitchen towel. It's a lovely, very clean place with a beautiful view, and arriving in the middle of the night was no problem. Communication with the owners was good.
