There wasn't a receptionist out front, and the elevator didn't work. Worst of all, there were roaches. I asked for a refund, but they refused.

We could walk into town and all the way out to the ocean with no trouble. The location was the best part.

The gate wouldn't open properly, and the parking lot was dark, as were the stairs. There was garbage in the lot too, and the building was dirty. A terrible experience.

It was so quiet, clean, and organized that my family and I could relax and enjoy time together. I'm grateful to the hosts, who replied promptly to messages at any hour.
