The room looked nothing like the Expedia pictures. It was about half the size, the sheets were stained, and I had to pick up a dead cockroach from the shower. The hotel still made us pay a $75 cleaning fee, even though we were there for only 20 minutes and used nothing. We asked for a refund that day, and Expedia honored it. Thank you, Expedia.

The customer service was fantastic from start to finish, and the location is amazing. Security felt great at night. The room was standard, with really good AC. My only wish was for hotter shower water. Everything else was really great.

My first visit in Abril 2024 was fantastic, so I came back expecting the same and had an awful stay. There was no TV in the room, and the power stayed out all night with no generator. The owner's son and his friends played dominoes, drank beer, and made noise until 1:30 am, disturbing guests. Then shoes went missing after the housekeeper cleaned on our last day. Management never followed up when I complained. I felt they steal from guests and don't respond to issues. I can't recommend staying here.
