The Good Vibes House

The apartment was lovely and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location made it easy to walk about 8 minutes to the beautiful beach or to great restaurants. I booked at the last minute and was happy with how friendly all the staff were. I had an amazing stay, and the whole experience felt beautiful and boutique.

We all had a ball at The Good Vibes House with our group of friends. It's a few blocks back from the beach, where we enjoyed watching the locals enjoy the beautiful shore. Inside, there was everything you could think of, plus lots of places to hang out, a beautiful pool, and an outdoor shower. What a gem, and the location is hard to beat!

The property itself was fine, and the pool and outdoor area were very nice, but the lack of communication left me disappointed. We checked in at 8 pm and couldn't find an office or reception. Eventually we found what seemed to be an apartment where someone lived. They had our reservation and showed us the room, but gave us neither a key nor a door code, and no details about parking or Wi-Fi. The website promises 24/7 service and help in English and Spanish, but that wasn't what we found. The person didn't try to explain anything, though this might have been a language barrier. I emailed the address on the site and got no reply. The next day, I had to track someone down to ask how to lock the room and use the Wi-Fi. If this had been an Airbnb that emailed the information ahead of time for self check-in, it wouldn't have been as much of a problem. But why advertise a reception when there isn't one?

The kids loved the pool, and the location was great, just minutes from Combate Beach. A beautiful, comfortable place to stay with great customer service.
