We spent a long weekend here and came away disappointed. The water never got hot, even after we asked several times for it to be fixed. We also spotted a roach in the room, which made us question the cleanliness. There’s not much nearby, and the property is far from everything, with very limited amenities or services. We wouldn’t return and would tell others to research carefully before booking.

A lovely little place tucked in the rain forest, with a romantic feel. The room was really nice, and there’s a pool and hot tub. I’d definitely come back.

Marva was so attentive, helping us check in late at night after our flight was delayed. The room was roomy, everything was really clean, and the location was convenient, about 15 minutes from SJU airport. Excellent place to stay, and we’ll be back.

No hot water for all four days I stayed. There was also a $40 charge on my credit card, which I used for the deposit, and I don’t know what it was for. Disgrace of a hotel.

The manager was professional and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. The rooms are cute, quiet, and clean, and it’s a wonderful place to stay near the San Juan area. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
