We rented a golf cart from Target Rentals right on the premises, which was a definite plus with our Luxury Villa at Plaza Suites. There’s also a nice pool and Tiki bar/grill. The employees were amazing, helpful, and nice. Plaza Suites at Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful, very clean place to stay, and they made it feel like home away from home. We couldn’t ask for a better place or staff, and had a great vacation. A++++. Check out the photos I posted of our room at Plaza Suites.

Jenny was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and satisfied. The pool is great for little kids, but there isn’t much else to do on the premises. We also found several roaches in our room. I guess the staff is doing what they can with what they have. Parking was horrendous. I got a sticker on my windshield for supposedly not displaying my pass, even though it was there, and all we got was “sorry for the inconvenience.” This place could be great if it got its act together and made more of its potential.

Candido was so helpful and accommodating, and Gina went out of her way during the day to find a biobay tour that our 4-year-old could join. Everyone was friendly and sweet with our kids. The rooms have full kitchens, and there’s a market and dining options within walking distance. Try a breakfast sandwich. The beach is just steps away. We’ll be back!

Our two-bedroom apartment had three bathrooms and a gorgeous view. The beach was a two-minute walk away, and the service was very courteous. We asked for extra towels and blankets, and they arrived in under ten minutes.

We had an incredible time as a family of four, with kids aged 9 and 12. Our two-bedroom suite felt more like a penthouse, and the facility was immaculate with spectacular service. Palmas Del Mar is gorgeous, and so is The Plaza Suites. I liked being away from San Juan while still within a 45 minute drive of everything, tucked away in paradise. God willing, we’ll be back soon!
