Itza-Bella Suites

We only stayed one night, but the place was super cute and really clean, with a lot nearby. Glad we picked it, and we’ll stay again next trip.

We really liked our stay at Itza-Bella Suites in Isabela. The room was lovely, the bed super comfortable, and the bathroom clean. Everything seemed well maintained. Parking was a little confusing at first. There wasn’t much space in front and the alley beside the building was tight. I wasn’t sure if I could use the spot by the door since it looked like it belonged to a florist, but the sign said the florist was on vacation, so we parked there. There was no reception or anyone to ask, just an entry code and instructions sent to us. The outer door locks with a key, which felt a little unsafe in an emergency, and I don’t think there was another fire exit.

I was having a bad day after the flight when I got to the hotel, but they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an excellent stay. We were comfortable, pleased with everything, and the rooms were excellent. I appreciate all they did, and wish the place lots of success. God bless you all. I’ll recommend it and will be back. There’s no on-site staff, though they’re nearby. The room was pretty good, and the beach is close, but traffic outside can be noisy. The shower had some issues, and the free Wi-Fi wasn’t great. I emailed staff and they reset it the first day. When I emailed a second time, I didn’t get a response. At checkout, you’re expected to carry the room trash to the curb and put the sheets and towels in a bag. That didn’t bother me, but some people may not like it. For the price, it’s okay. I don’t plan to stay again, and would try somewhere closer to the beach.
