Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

The hamburgers were incredibly delicious, so we came back two days later and were lucky enough to have Gladys Martinez serving us again. The second visit was just as exceptional as the first, another flawless 10-star experience. Gladys made our meal at the Banyan Tree Grill unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, cheerful, and attentive. She anticipated what we needed, made thoughtful recommendations, and gave service well beyond what we expected. Her professionalism and positive energy made us feel welcome and at ease. Ten stars aren’t enough for her at the beautiful Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. She’s a real asset, and we can’t wait to return! Laura, Enwil, and Maria made our time by the pool feel special. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, checking in often and quickly helping with drinks, towels, seating, or whatever else we needed. Their hospitality made the visit so much more enjoyable, and I’m looking forward to coming back to Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. The property in Isla Verde is beautiful, with historic charm alongside modern luxury. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained, a great place to unwind and take in the atmosphere. I had the honor of hosting my father at this beautiful property while he was visiting my new home. Between us, we’ve been to about 60 countries, and his stay at the El San Juan in beautiful Puerto Rico was gorgeous, frankly one of the best experiences he’s had, if not the best. The staff treated both of us wonderfully. I especially want to recognize Yosue. His mixology skills were amazing, but his personality and professionalism were even more impressive. When our flights were cancelled, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay. The staff handled everything quickly and smoothly, turning what could have been stressful into a worry-free process. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Jorge Juan, Alejandra, and Katherine at the Seaside cabanas. They made our pool time relaxing and wonderful. We’re grateful for the kindness and professionalism throughout the stay, and would absolutely come back.
