The pools look amazing at night, lit up in pretty colors with nature all around, and there’s guest parking. The house has two pools and lots of shared spots to sit, talk, or eat, so it worked well for our big group. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple, and Angel answered all our questions and was very helpful. There’s an accessible kitchen with a microwave, stove, and fridge. The mountaintop is great for watching the sky or having coffee in the morning. Atena’s Bakery is about five minutes away and has great breakfast. They’re pet friendly too, and my baby enjoyed the stay.

The room was a poor value and looked nothing like the marketing photos. When we arrived late in the evening it was hot and stuffy. The AC was mounted over seven feet high, and there was no remote to turn it on. We called for help and were told someone would call back, but no one did and nothing was fixed. The next morning, we called again and learned the remote had been lost. They never apologized or adjusted the price. One of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve had. Never again!

We spent seven days here and loved it. The place was very clean, on a private dead-end road, and close to the beaches. Stores and restaurants were just four minutes away. Staff weren’t there every day, but they came every other day to clean and bring fresh towels. I liked not having staff around us constantly while we were on vacation. When the power went out, the staff started the generator right away, and it ran everything in our room, including the AC. I’d come back every time we vacation here!

We’ve booked the entire house for ten weeks, so we’ll be here a while. The owner texted me within minutes of my last review to ask about it. He was polite and friendly, and we met later that day to talk through a few things about the house. He got started right away on some of the issues I raised and seems willing to make things better. The house has a lot of potential, with an amazing location in a quiet area. I’ll keep updating my reviews as improvements happen.
