Royal Delonix Hotel

We booked for three people but were given a room with just one bed, and the rooms are extremely small. Staff said they’d upgrade us once a larger room opened up, but even after one became available, we never heard from them. The hotel controls the temperature, and our room was cold. There’s no parking unless you count parking on the street as free parking.

The restaurant food was absolutely great, and the staff gave great service. My room was clean, but the mountain view was hard to enjoy through the very dirty outside of the window. At night, city activities were clearly audible because the room didn’t block much noise.

The only drawback was the parking. The hotel itself is good and right in the town center.

The staff really made us feel welcome during a difficult 8 day stay for my mother's funeral. Samuel and Gretia at the front desk, along with Yohanny in the restaurant, were friendly to all of us and always ready to go the extra mile. That service made this a 5 star hotel for me. The food was delicious, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We fit the family into 4 rooms, and the room with 2 beds and a sofa bed can sleep 6. The beds were hard, though. Our room was cold, but staff came quickly to adjust the thermostat. The shower could use more pressure, and once the water warmed up it was super hot. They also brought a hair dryer and iron when we asked.
