The manager communicated superbly, and it was easy to find street parking right out front. The building is secure and quiet, with plenty of room for two. The apartment and linens were clean, and the new A/C unit gets cold. It's a remodeled building, so don't expect everything to be perfect. The bathrooms are small, as they were in that era. Still, I liked it enough that I'd stay again for longer and make time to enjoy the pool and outdoor patio.

We booked all six apartments in the building in March for our children's basketball games, but in July, when the remaining balance was due, they said they couldn't honor the reservations. I was told guests already there had extended their stay. Someone else in our group was told the building was being renovated. Jesús, who was described as the supervisor, said all they could do was refund our deposit. The tournament brings people from all over the island to Ponce, so by then there was nowhere else available, or prices were exorbitant. They left six families without a place to stay and didn't even try to help us find another option. This is completely irresponsible and unacceptable. Don't count on your reservation being secure.
