The location is great, and the billiard table is beautiful, though there are no sticks. The place could be spectacular with someone taking care of it, but it felt dirty, moldy, and neglected. There's no parking either.

Don't recommend this place. The plumbing is terrible, and getting the issue fixed took the kind of response you don't want to deal with. Water barely comes through the shower, it's cold, and it keeps switching off and on. There's basically no hot water, and almost no water at all.

Miguel Morales, who manages the property, provided great service. The apartment is within walking distance of downtown, gated, and very private, with an interior patio and umbrella tables. It's beautifully decorated, with a full-size kitchen, a lovely bathroom and shower, a comfortable bed, and a wall-to-wall mirrored closet. There's free cable, Roku, and cold a/c. Best place to stay in Ponce, Puerto Rico. I'll definitely return.

We were in room 1205, and this place was disgusting. The shower smelled of mold, and it didn't look like the apartment had been cleaned between tenants. The curtains, pillows, and towels were stained, and there were ants everywhere. I'll never come back or use this company again. The owners should be ashamed to rent it out.
